Salmon fillet 300 g
broccoli 300 g
salad 1 Puig.
blue bow 1 PC.
soy sauce 1 tbsp
lemon juice 2 tbsp
olive oil 3 tbsp.
grainy mustard 2 tsp.
salt to taste
black pepper to taste

Method of preparation

Salmon fillet rubbed with salt and pepper to taste, folded into a bowl and add 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp oil and soy sauce, stir and leave for 15 minutes. Then wrap it in foil and send in a preheated 180 degree oven for 20 minutes. Fry until soft broccoli in olive oil. Mix in a bowl the olive oil with the remaining lemon juice, mustard, salt and pepper. In a suitable bowl to break it lettuce, add broccoli and sliced onions. Prepared salmon to smash pieces and add to salad. Stir and pour over the sauce.
