These cabbage rolls can be baked in the oven or simmer on the stove.

- Pork meat (minced) — 500 grams
- Savoy cabbage — 1 piece
- Onion — 2 pieces
- Bacon — 4 pieces
- The sour Apple — 1 piece
- Egg — 2 pieces
- Vegetable broth — to taste
- Salt — to taste
- Pepper — to taste
- Fresh sage (leaves) — to taste
Method of preparation
Cabbage disassemble into individual leaves, cut the hard part at the bottom of each sheet. Blanch the leaves in salted water.
Slice the Apple, bacon, onion and sage, saute all together in the pan, 3-5 minutes, with a small amount of vegetable oil. Add mince, cook another 5-10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
Lightly beat eggs and add to the pan, stir, remove from heat.
Wrap each cabbage leaf with a little filling. Put cabbage rolls in a baking dish, pour broth.
Cover the form with foil. Put in a preheated 200 degree oven and cook for 20 minutes.
