Soup “Kharcho” is one of the most renowned Russian dishes of national Georgian cuisine, and variants of cooking there are so many. However, in any of the variations of the Soup includes such ingredients as beef, rice, tomato, garlic and nuts. Today I want to share with you a very simple recipe for this delicious soup adapted for the slow cooker.
The products you will need:
- the broth is 1.3 liters
- rice 1st.
- sauce – 5CT. L.
- onion – 1pc.
- carrot – 1 PC.
- grets. nuts – 100gr.
- garlic – 4зуб.
- seasoning hops-suneli – 1H. L.
- saffron – 1/2H. L.
Kharcho soup recipe for the slow cooker:
To start, peel the carrots and onions, then cut them into small pieces and send in a saucepan multivarki. Then wash rice and vysyplem there.
Now you need to chop nuts, it can be done the usual method for you to RUB, grind in a coffee grinder, grind in a mortar… put them in a saucepan.
