- Wheat noodles — 400 grams
- Vegetable oil — 1 tablespoon
- Mushrooms (champignons or shiitake) — 250 grams
- Bell pepper — 2 pieces
- Soy sauce — 6 tablespoons
- The mirin sauce — 6 tablespoons
- Sugar — 1 teaspoon
- Sesame oil — 1 tablespoon
- Green onions — 1 bunch
- Garlic (teeth) — 1 piece
- Sesame (seeds) — 1 tablespoon
Method of preparation
Boil water in a large pot, sunflower and boil the noodles according to the instructions
on the package.
Mix in a bowl the soy sauce, mirin, sugar, sesame oil and 2 tbsp of water to dissolve the sugar.
Bell pepper cut into strips, mushrooms – plates. If you are using a land – nye mushrooms, pour them with boiling water and leave for 20 minutes, then drain in a colander.
Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large frying pan over high heat. Quick – fry, stirring occasionally, sliced pepper, place in a bowl. Put in a pan the mushrooms and fry, stirring, for 2 minutes. Place it into a bowl. Add to the pan the chopped garlic and chopped green onion (white part only), stir, cook another 30 seconds.
Boiled noodles to put in the pan, add sauteed mushrooms and bell pepper, pour the cooked sauce and stir. Serve, sprinkled with black sesame seeds and the remaining sliced green onions.
