This snack can be spread on bread, fill it tartlets and add to vegetable salads.
- low-fat cottage cheese: 300 g
- Basil: 20g
- parsley: 20 g
- garlic: 2-3 cloves
- salt: to taste
- ground pepper: to taste
1. Garlic is clean and skip through the press.
2. Wash the cilantro, dry it, separate the leaves from the stems and chop using a blender.
3. Add in cheese, salt, pepper and garlic.
4. Carefully mix the cheese and herbs.
