• Fresh egg yolk – 1 PC.
  • Sugar – 3 tbsp
  • Cocoa powder – 2 tbsp
  • Cream 10% – 150 ml.
  • Water – 150 ml.

Method of preparation

  • Step 1 Egg yolk mixed with sugar and beat until until the mixture will brighten and slightly increase in volume.
  • Step 2 From the cocoa and water to make hot cocoa. Add the hot cream and stir with a whisk. Remove from the heat.
  • Step 3 In the yolk mass add a little cocoa, stir and pour into the saucepan with the rest of the drink. Whisk until the mixture foams.
  • Step 4 Pour into mugs and serve.
